Use of the site

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Scaled Organic website, operated by Tristyn Armella & Julian Worton. Use the site lawfully, provide accurate information and do not misuse the site or interfere with its operation.

Applications and calls

Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance into a program. Applications and calls help us review your goals and discuss potential suitability. A booked call does not create an enrolment agreement.

SMS Terms

• Messages are about your application, booked call reminders and follow-ups.
• Message frequency varies.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP to cancel at any time; reply HELP for help or email tristyn@organicgangsters.info.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchase.

Payments and refunds

Payments and refunds are governed by the program agreement signed at enrolment. Refer to that agreement for the applicable payment obligations, refund conditions and procedures.

No guarantees of income

We make no guarantees of income or business results outside of what is expressly written in your signed program agreement. Results vary, revenue is not profit and business involves risk of loss.

Intellectual property

The site's content, branding and program materials are owned by Scaled Organic or their respective owners. You may not reproduce, distribute or commercially use them without permission, except as allowed by law or your program agreement.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Scaled Organic is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site or interruptions to its availability. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, or changes obligations under your signed program agreement.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised last-updated date. Changes to this website's terms do not replace your signed program agreement.
